Avril & Steve welcome you to Cape Verde Sun.

We have invested in apartments in both the Djadsal Mordias (Aqua Park) and Vila Verde developments near Santa Maria on the island of Sal.

Our first apartment (2-bed, 1-bath) is on the ground floor of Block B in the Djadsal Moradias complex and is currently available for rent.

Our second apartment (2-bed, 2-bath) is on the second-floor of the Ficus Community in the Vila Verde development and should be ready later this year.
