Avril & Steve welcome you to Cape Verde Sun.

We are investing in apartments in both the Djadsal Mordias (Aqua Park) and Vila Verde developments near Santa Maria on the island of Sal.

Our first apartment (2-bed, 1-bath) is on the ground floor of Block B in the Djadsal Moradias complex and will be ready in a month or so.

Our second apartment (2-bed, 2-bath) is on the second-floor of the Ficus Community in the Vila Verde development and should be ready later this year.
